Why
20 years of industry experience
Build Her was created from a deep understanding of what it’s like to step into an industry that wasn’t designed with women in mind.
My decision to establish Build Her came from personal experience — navigating challenge, growth, and self-development alongside a professional career in construction. What became clear was that women don’t just need opportunity; they need preparation, support, and someone willing to build the systems that should already exist.
