A Note From The Founder
Build Her was created because the early years in construction matter more than we often acknowledge.
This is the stage where women are learning the role, navigating the culture, and finding their voice — often all at once. It’s where confidence is built, resilience is tested, and decisions are quietly made about whether the industry feels sustainable long term.
Build Her Circles exist to support women during this critical stage.
They are not courses.
They are not corporate training.
They are facilitated spaces for education, reflection, and shared learning — grounded in lived experience and deep respect for the realities of the construction industry.
Build Her is being developed in conversation with women and industry, because meaningful support needs to reflect the realities people are actually experiencing.
Industry collaboration will be an important part of how Build Her grows — ensuring programs remain relevant, practical and connected to the workforce they are designed to support.

Grounded in lived experience, Build Her exists to provide structured support, education, and community — helping women stay in the industry and build long, sustainable careers.
The Gap Build Her Responds to
Entering the construction industry can be challenging — particularly in the early years.
Many women step into the industry motivated and capable, yet quickly encounter environments that feel isolating, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate. While technical training is often available, consistent support through the cultural, professional, and personal realities of the industry is far less common.
Build Her exists to sit in that gap.
Not as a training provider or recruitment initiative, but as a support ecosystem designed to help women navigate the early stages of their careers with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
